Les Cafés Européens:
25 years of passion

Since 1998, Les Cafés Européens has been offering top-quality coffee and unrivalled customized service, all in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

For a quarter of a century, Les Cafés Européens has made a name for itself among coffee lovers in the Greater Montreal area, thanks to its customer-focused approach and concern for the freshness of its products.

A family history


Founded in 1998 by William Guillemot and his friend Pierre Châtelais, Les Cafés Européens stood out in a market where few businesses offered quality coffee and specialized in microbrewing. 


Over the years, Mr. Guillemot and his wife Janine Normandin have continued the adventure, passing on their values and their taste for entrepreneurship to their four children: Perrick, Gaël, Loïc and Yann. Their children have grown up watching their parents' efforts and determination in building and developing the company. Now it's the grandchildren's turn to be initiated and participate in the family heritage.

Community Engagement

From our earliest days, we have been deeply rooted in our community, demonstrating an unwavering determination to play an active and positive role. As volunteers, we are regularly involved in charitable activities, supporting foundations such as MIRA, Hôpital Charles Lemoyne and the Walk for Alzheimer's. At these events, we generously offer our comforting coffee to the community.
